Return Conditions
You may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Send your return request with your order number to [Email to be added]. Products must be unused and resalable; the Buyer is liable for loss of value beyond normal handling.
Custom-printed or personalised products are excluded. Standard NFC products that are only programmed with a destination address can be returned; see Article 4 of the Distance Sales Agreement.
Return Process
- Email your return request; you will receive a return code and shipping details.
- Ship the product within 10 days of your withdrawal notice, in its original packaging with the invoice. Return shipping for withdrawals is paid by the Seller; use the carrier and return code we send you.
- The price is refunded to the account you paid from within 14 days of your notice reaching us.
Delivery Terms
- Orders are prepared after payment reaches our account and dispatched within 7 days.
- Shipping cost (TRY 79.90) is shown in the order summary. Orders of TRY 1,500.00 or more ship free.
- If a package arrives damaged, have the courier record it and notify us within 48 hours.
Exchanges
Colour/model exchanges are handled as a return plus a new order.
