Article 1 — Parties

Buyer: The customer whose name, address and contact details appear on the order form.
Article 2 — Subject
This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation for the sale and delivery of the products ordered electronically by the Buyer on dokunnfc.com, whose characteristics and price are stated in the order summary. The Turkish version prevails.
Article 3 — Product, Payment and Delivery
Product type, quantity, tax-inclusive price, shipping cost and delivery address are as stated in the order summary and the Pre-Information Form. Shipping costs TRY 79.90 and is shown separately in the order summary. Orders of TRY 1,500.00 or more ship free.
Payment is made by bank transfer to the account stated in the order confirmation, quoting the order number. Orders not paid within 3 business days of the order date may be cancelled by the Seller.
NFC products carry a permanent link managed by the Seller. It forwards to the address the Buyer gives at checkout or, for IBAN cards, shows the name and IBAN the Buyer sends to the Seller. The Buyer may ask the Seller to change this content at any time, subject to confirmation through the contact details given with the order; the product does not need reprogramming. Products are dispatched within 7 days of the payment reaching the Seller's account, and never later than the 30-day legal maximum.
Article 4 — Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer may withdraw from the agreement within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery to the Buyer or a person they designate, without giving any reason and without penalty, by notice to [Email to be added] or in writing to the Seller's address.
The price is refunded, using a method matching the original payment, within 14 days of the notice reaching the Seller. The Buyer returns the product within 10 days of the notice. Return shipping for withdrawals is paid by the Seller; use the carrier and return code we send you.
Exception: Under art. 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, products made to the Buyer's specifications or clearly personalised (e.g. custom print, logo or name) cannot be withdrawn from. Standard NFC products that are only programmed with a destination address, and can be reprogrammed, remain subject to withdrawal.
Article 5 — General Provisions
The Buyer declares having read the Pre-Information Form covering the product's essential characteristics, price, payment and delivery, and having confirmed it electronically. If the product is delivered to a third person named by the Buyer, the Seller is not liable for that person's refusal to accept delivery. If delivery becomes impossible, the Seller informs the Buyer within 3 days of learning of it and refunds the amount paid within 14 days.
Article 6 — Disputes
Within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade, the Consumer Arbitration Committees at the Buyer's or the Seller's place of residence are competent; above them, the Consumer Courts.
Article 7 — Entry into Force
The agreement is concluded when the Buyer confirms it electronically during checkout. The date and time of confirmation are stored with the order record.
