2. Essential Characteristics of the Product
The essential characteristics, quantity and tax-inclusive price of the ordered products are shown on the order summary page. NFC products are shipped pre-programmed with the destination address you give at checkout (Instagram, Google Reviews, website or a custom address). For IBAN cards, your name and IBAN are collected from you after the order. To change what a card shows later, contact us on WhatsApp, Telegram or Instagram; changes are confirmed via the phone number on your order.
3. Payment
Payment is by bank transfer only. Bank account details appear on the order confirmation page and email. You must quote your order number in the transfer description. Orders unpaid within 3 business days may be cancelled.
4. Delivery
Products are handed to the courier within 7 days of payment reaching our account. Shipping cost (TRY 79.90) is shown separately in the order summary. Orders of TRY 1,500.00 or more ship free.
5. Right of Withdrawal
You may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, by notice to [Email to be added]. Return shipping for withdrawals is paid by the Seller; use the carrier and return code we send you. Details and exceptions (custom-printed or personalised products) are set out in Article 4 of the Distance Sales Agreement.
6. Complaints
Send complaints to [Email to be added]. Within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade you may also apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees, and above them to Consumer Courts.
